About Credit/Debit Card

To provide dependable customer guidance: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, and Discover. All store prices and checkout charges are stated in U.S. dollars (USD). The payment options actually available for an order are displayed securely at checkout.

As a consistent service standard: Payment information is encrypted and processed by Shopify and authorized payment providers. Lava Lamp does not store complete card numbers or card security codes. A card issuer may place an authorization hold, request additional verification, approve, or decline a transaction under its own rules.

To keep this policy easy to understand: Customers must provide accurate billing and contact information. If a payment is declined, verify the entered details or contact the card issuer. We may cancel or review an order when payment cannot be authorized or when fraud screening identifies a material risk.

For transparency and ease of reference: Taxes are charged when required by applicable law and are calculated or displayed during checkout. We do not promise a fixed tax exemption.
